The servo wire feeder adopts an active wire feeding method to replace the traditional passive one. 3. The winding speed should not exceed 5 meters per second (subject to the requirements of the actual model. If there are special needs, you can contact our company for customization). The startup speed of the winding machine should not exceed 1 meter per second.
4. When the enameled wire passes through the line pulley, it is necessary to check whether the enameled wire is hung on each guide wheel to ensure that the guide wheels can rotate normally during operation without getting stuck.
5. The line pulley and tension rods are wear-prone parts. Even within the warranty period, if the above-mentioned parts are worn and need to be replaced, the corresponding costs still need to be paid. The cost standard will be based on the actual quotation of our factory at the time of replacement.
